Goth in all its varied forms Ran from March 2004 to July 2005 Venue: Scruffy Murphy's The idea behind Stigmartyr was to have a monthly midweek Goth night that embraced the various sub-genres of music by showcasing several different DJs with different music tastes. Each DJ was asked to play two themed sets that we could advertise in advance so that people knew what to expect. I'm not certain the majority of attendees actually realised that this was meant to be the case but that seemed besides the point as the majority of events had amazingly successful turnouts. Any Goth night that averages 50 people on a Wednesday when some of the club nights weren't even managing that on a Friday night deserves to be praised. After over a year of mostly busy events it was time to move on to something new and fresh.
